• Repeatedly scanning tags without legitimate reason
• Generating artificial or automated scan activity
• Attempting to overload or disrupt systems
• Using scanning activity in a way that negatively impacts platform performance

Abuse of Communication Features

• Repeated or unwanted calls or messages
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Harassment or intimidation
• Use of contact tools for marketing or unrelated commercial purposes
• Attempts to bypass privacy protections
• Misuse of communication systems in a manner that disrupts services or affects other users

False or Misleading Activity

• Creating fake pet profiles

• Reverse engineering services or software
• Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or scraping technologies

6. No Guarantee of Service Availability or Outcomes
