2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or otherwise capable of entering a legally binding agreement

You agree to use Petfuz services only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate purposes.

Petfuz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, profiles, content, or services where misuse, unlawful conduct, or policy violations are suspected.

4. Product Description

Petfuz products are designed to assist in pet identification and communication between pet owners and individuals who locate lost pets.

Petfuz products:

• Are not GPS tracking devices
• Do not provide continuous or real-time location tracking
• Rely on third-party devices and voluntary tag scans to function

Location-related information may only become available when:

• A tag is scanned
• The scanning user permits location access
• The relevant device or browser permissions allow it

5. No Guarantee of Pet Recovery

While Petfuz services are intended to support pet identification and recovery efforts, Petfuz does not warrant, represent, or guarantee:

• That a lost pet will be located
• That any pet will be safely returned
• That scans, notifications, communications, or recovery features will always function without interruption or error

Pet recovery outcomes depend on numerous factors outside Petfuz’s control, including user actions, device settings, network availability, and third-party services.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and current pet profile information
• Ensuring lawful use of uploaded content
• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Ensuring that contact details linked to pet profiles remain up to date

Petfuz is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by users.

7. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All orders are subject to:

• Product availability
• Verification
• Fraud checks
• Acceptance by Petfuz

Prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers including Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other payment gateways.

Petfuz reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders
• Limit quantities
• Correct pricing errors

• Previously paid subscription fees are non-refundable

Petfuz reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscription access for failed payments, suspected fraud, misuse, or breaches of these Terms.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Petfuz is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs processing
• Incorrect addresses
• Weather events
• Transport disruptions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

• Communication failures
• Inaccurate scan or location information
• Third-party misconduct
• Unsuccessful pet recovery outcomes

Petfuz services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or successful operation.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Petfuz’s total liability is limited, at Petfuz’s sole discretion, to:

• Replacement of the relevant product
• Repair of the relevant product
• Resupply of services
• The amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

15. Suspension & Termination

Petfuz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services at any time where:

• These Terms are breached
• Misuse is suspected
• Unlawful activity occurs
• Continued access may negatively impact Petfuz, its users, or third parties

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to Petfuz under law.
